Return Policy
The House approaches every collector experience with care, intention, and respect.
Because many artifacts within Legacy Expands are prepared through made-to-order and specialized fulfillment processes, return eligibility may vary depending on the artifact type and circumstance involved.
This policy exists to provide clarity regarding returns, damages, replacements, and order concerns connected to the House.
Made-to-Order Artifacts
Many artifacts within the House are created specifically upon purchase through carefully selected production partners.
Due to the custom and ceremonial nature of these pieces, the following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:
- Artworks
- Ritual Candles
- Devotional Cards
- Limited ceremonial releases
- Founding Collector artifacts
- Personalized or customized items
The House encourages collectors to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an artifact arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Concierge must be contacted within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photographs of the packaging
- photographs of the artifact
- and a brief description of the concern
The House will review each situation carefully and determine the most appropriate resolution where applicable.
Return Eligibility
Approved returns must:
- remain unused
- remain in original condition
- include original packaging where possible
- and be authorized by the House prior to return shipment
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
The House may not accept returns related to:
- slight color variation caused by screen settings or lighting conditions
- natural material variations
- shipping delays caused by carrier systems
- incorrect shipping information submitted during checkout
- or general preference changes after delivery
Because many artifacts are created through specialized production processes, slight variations may naturally occur and are considered part of the ceremonial character of the House.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Collectors requesting order modifications or cancellations should contact Concierge as quickly as possible after purchase.
While the House will make every reasonable effort to assist, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment appears lost in transit, collectors are encouraged to first contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
If additional support is needed, Concierge may also be contacted for assistance.
