The Collector Guide

The House was designed to be experienced slowly and intentionally.

This guide exists to provide clarity regarding artifacts, fulfillment, shipping, rituals, and the overall collector experience within Legacy Expands.

Orders & Fulfillment

When will my order ship?

Each artifact within the House is prepared through carefully selected production partners and fulfillment processes.

Estimated fulfillment timelines may vary depending on the artifact type ordered.

General processing estimates:

  • Artworks: 5–10 business days
  • Ritual Candles: 3–7 business days
  • Devotional Cards: 3–7 business days

Shipping transit times are separate from fulfillment timing.

During ceremonial releases, Founding Collector windows, and seasonal demand periods, fulfillment timelines may extend slightly.

Collectors will receive tracking information once their order has been prepared for shipment.

Artworks & Framing

What types of artworks exist within the House?

The House currently presents several ceremonial artwork forms connected to the Spiral of the Muses:

  • Core Artwork
  • Triptych Immersions
  • Statement Artwork
  • Word Artwork

Each artifact serves a distinct emotional and visual purpose within the progression of the House.

Why do artwork sizes vary between Muses?

The Spiral progresses intentionally through scale, atmosphere, and visual presence.

As the Spiral unfolds through the Muses, the artworks expand to reflect emotional evolution and ceremonial progression within the House.

Are the artworks framed?

Artwork framing availability may vary depending on the artifact selected.

Available framing details are listed directly within each product page.

What materials and finishes are used?

The House prioritizes:

  • museum-inspired presentation
  • matte visual texture
  • refined atmospheric printing
  • and composed visual restraint

Specific material details may vary by artifact and fulfillment partner.

Will the artwork colors appear exactly the same in person?

Slight color variation may occur depending on:

  • screen calibration
  • lighting environments
  • material textures
  • and print production processes

The House works carefully to preserve the integrity and atmosphere of every artifact as closely as possible.

Are Triptych panels sold individually?

No.

The Triptych Immersions were designed as complete ceremonial compositions and are presented only as unified sets within the House.

Ritual Candles

What materials are used in the Ritual Candles?

The Ritual Candles of the House are created using:

  • premium soy wax blends
  • refined fragrance compositions
  • frosted glass vessels
  • and wood or cotton wick variations depending on the Muse

Each candle is designed to create atmosphere, ritual, and emotional presence within a space.

Why does Celeste differ from the other candles?

Celeste — Whispered Linen — was intentionally designed as the origin of the Spiral and is presented without fragrance to preserve stillness, breath, and calm.

This distinction is part of the ceremonial progression of the House.

How should I care for my candle?

For the most refined ritual experience:

  • Trim the wick before each burn
  • Allow the wax pool to fully reach the vessel edge during the first burn
  • Avoid burning beyond 4 hours at a time
  • Place candles on stable, heat-safe surfaces
  • Never leave a candle unattended while lit

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

International availability may vary depending on the artifact type and fulfillment region.

Shipping availability will appear during checkout where applicable.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

Tracking information is sent once the House receives fulfillment confirmation from production partners and carriers.

My package arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact Concierge within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the package
  • photographs of the artifact
  • and a brief description of the issue

The House will review the situation carefully and provide next steps.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Due to the ceremonial and made-to-order nature of many artifacts within the House, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Please review the Return Policy page for complete details regarding eligibility and exceptions.

Founding Collectors

What is a Founding Collector?

Founding Collectors represent the earliest ceremonial supporters of the House during the inaugural release period of Legacy Expands.

Availability is intentionally limited and tied to the first ceremonial release window.

Additional details will be shared during launch.

Correspondence

How long does Concierge take to respond?

Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for a response during standard correspondence periods.

During ceremonial releases or elevated inquiry periods, response timing may extend slightly.

The House thanks you for your presence.
