The House prepares each artifact with intention and care.
Because many pieces within Legacy Expands are created through specialized production and fulfillment partners, shipping timelines may vary depending on the artifact selected and the collector destination.
This policy exists to provide clarity regarding fulfillment timing, shipment processing, and delivery expectations connected to the House.
Fulfillment Timing
Most artifacts within the House are prepared after an order is placed.
Estimated fulfillment timelines:
- Artworks: 5–10 business days
- Ritual Candles: 3–7 business days
- Devotional Cards: 3–7 business days
Please note that fulfillment timing refers to production and preparation before shipment.
Shipping transit times are separate and determined by carrier operations and destination region.
During ceremonial releases, Founding Collector windows, holidays, or elevated order periods, fulfillment timelines may extend slightly.
The House appreciates your patience during these moments.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Collectors will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once an order has been prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Tracking updates may require additional time to appear once a shipment enters carrier systems.
Domestic Shipping
Legacy Expands currently ships throughout the United States where supported by fulfillment partners and carriers.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated during checkout based on:
- destination
- package size
- fulfillment origin
- and carrier availability
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary depending on:
- artifact type
- destination country
- carrier restrictions
- and fulfillment partner capabilities
Available shipping regions will appear during checkout when applicable.
Collectors are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their destination country.
The House is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier systems.
Multiple Shipments
Because artifacts within the House may originate from different fulfillment partners, orders containing multiple artifact types may arrive in separate shipments.
This allows each artifact to be prepared with the care and production process it requires.
Delivery Delays
While the House works carefully to support timely fulfillment and shipment, certain delays may occur due to:
- weather conditions
- carrier disruptions
- customs processing
- seasonal demand periods
- or circumstances outside operational control
Legacy Expands is not responsible for carrier-related delivery delays once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier network.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Collectors are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact Concierge as quickly as possible.
While the House will make every reasonable effort to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment processing has begun.
Damaged Deliveries
If an artifact arrives damaged, please contact Concierge within 7 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photographs of the packaging
- photographs of the artifact
- and a brief description of the issue
The House will review each situation carefully and provide next steps where applicable.
Lost Shipments
If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but it cannot be located, collectors are encouraged to:
- verify the shipping address
- check nearby delivery areas
- contact household members or building management
- and reach out directly to the carrier
If additional assistance is needed, Concierge may be contacted for further support.
